תזונה לאחר ניתוח ניסן | בקע סרעפתי

ביומיים הראשונים לאחר הניתוח יש להקפיד על כלכלה נוזלית סוגי מזון שניתן לצרוך: מים, קפה, תה מיצים צלולים או מסוננים – מיץ תפוחים, מיץ ענבים וכדומה ג’לי קרטיב מרק צח יוגורט ללא פירות וחלב ניגר

לאחר היומיים הראשונים

ניתן לשלב בארוחה גם דייסת סולת או קורנפלור, מוצרי חלב רכים (ללא תוספות), תפוח אדמה, גזר, קישואים או בטטה טחונים ללא קליפה ורסק פירות.

כשמונה ימים לאחר הניתוח

ניתן להוסיף גם ירקות מבושלים, בשר טחון (עוף ודגים), פסטה ואורז לבן (במרק), חביתה וגבינות מוצקות.

לאחר כעשרה ימים מהניתוח

ניתן להוסיף בהדרגה ירקות ופירות טריים, קטניות, דגנים מלאים, אגוזים ופיצוחים.

דגשים נוספים:

  • להימנע ממשקאות מוגזים

  • ללעוס היטב את המזון

  • לחלק את התזונה היומית לארוחות קטנות כל 2-3 שעות

במידה וקיים קושי לשלב סוגי מזון שונים בתפריט, ירידה במשקל או תחושת מלאות מוקדמת המלווה בכאבים בסיום הארוחה מומלץ להתייעץ עם דיאטנית גסטרו.
